We provide Specialized Coaching for life's hard transitions. Offering Somatic Informed Support using gentle Body Awareness, Grounding, & Movement practices, which helps clients connect to their experiences within their physical body. Incorporating Reiki, Healing Touch, Breathing Techniques, Meditation & the Use of Tuning Forks to provide Nervous system Resets. Alongside those modalities we also hold space and support Voice Empowerment with Song, Poetry, Music, & More. We believe talking it out is a helpful tool to use while walking through Your Grief Journey.  We also believe that these other healing modalities are incredibly valuable as well, as they Transcend words & the cognitive process. These healing techniques connect one to their heart center & deeper levels of stored trauma by shifting you into your physical body. This takes you out of your mind & thoughts to help the healing process in other ways. Without realizing it we hold so much of our experience within our bodies. If you watch an animal go through something traumatic or scary you will see them literally shaking it out after, listening to their wisdom within. As humans a lot of the time we hold on tightly to the experience and anchor down, storing it deep within as a way to protect ourselves.  The energy of the event stays with us on a cellular level if you haven't released that experience from your energetic field. With your own Intuitional choices combined with thoughtfully guided Intuitive Support from Us, we walk  alongside you to venture into to these different avenues of release & healing.
